The VITALIZER is an Active Impedance Converter that suppresses changes and degradation in sound quality, as well as noise interference, to output a vital, lively, and natural signal.
Passive/high-impedance signals are electrically weak. For example, when using long cables (like 20m) or many true bypass effectors, the sound quality is susceptible to negative influences.
The VITALIZER demonstrates its power in such environments. While the signal after passing through the VITALIZER may seem unchanged at first listen, as its name suggests, it is output in a energetic and lively state, suppressing changes and degradation in sound quality, as well as noise interference.
It is a type of buffer amplifier that converts high-impedance electrical signals—which are prone to sound quality degradation such as high-frequency loss or noise susceptibility when passing through wiring, jack contacts, and electronic circuits—into low-impedance signals that are less susceptible to such influences. Taking into account the signal characteristics of instruments like guitars/basses and effectors, Providence has incorporated its unique ingenuity. This design deliberately avoids an overly Hi-Fi sound, instead focusing on minimizing any so-called "active coloration" and outputting a natural signal that is as faithful as possible to the instrument's original tone.

The Vitalizer is one of the buffers that converts high impedance signal that are more likely to degrade the sound quality by picking up noise or losing higher frequency sound while going through the wiring and electric circuits to low impedance signal that are less likely to be affected by those problems. It is an Active Impedance Converter that Providence has applied original invention to make sure the sound doesn't get too Hi-Fi while respecting guitars and effect pedals' character of sound signals. It delivers natural faithful instrument sound by using a special circuit that minimizes the "Active" sound.

Practical uses of the Vitalizer WV

The wah and volume pedal tend to degrade the signal and color the tone when high impedance signal is received. The Vitalizer is more effective to be used where the player would like to minimize the tonal change. By sending low impedance signal from the Vitalizer WV to the wah or volume pedal, the player is able to control the vivid signal with minimized degradation on pedals. There are many ways to use this pedal effectively such as at the last position before the amp or first position after the guitar.

In a small chassis

Since the pedal is designed to be placed next to the big chassis pedals such as wah and volume pedal, the Vitalizer WV is in a small chassis (60x73/mm). It can be placed in a small space on the pedalboard and helps prevent degrade the signal. It needs to be used with external power supply when 9V battery is used. It also runs with AC adapter or power supply.

By placing it on the closest spot from guitar/bass in the signal chain, the Vitalizer™ BF tightens the bottom end that is tend to be blurred with bass, 7/8 string guitar, and drop tuned guitar. Also, it will help prevent degrading the signal or tonal change and reduces the noise from different environmental situations when the pedal is placed in the beginning of the signal chain of the pedalboard. Also, it works great even before the amp or where the player feels the signal gets degraded or causes tonal change.

The FINAL BOOSTER is a full-range booster that emphasizes the sound quality.
It allows to boost the signal that were converted to low impedance on Vitalizer circuit up to 20db.
It is designed to minimize the tonal change when you boost the signal a lot through our original switching way as the signal always goes through the booster circuit while footswitch only functions for boost volume's on/off.

Best Uses

Vitalizer™ is ideal to use where you would like to minimize the signal degradation. There are many ways to use it such as the first place after the guitar, before wah or volume pedal that are more likely to degrade the signal, and before the amp or your system. Since FINAL BOOSTER is less likely to affect tone, you can also connect it after other pedal to boost just the volume, or you can also control the gain by connecting it before overdrive/distortion pedal.
*Please be advised the sound may get distorted if you boost too much when you connect Final Booster before Wah or other pedals.

Multi-function LED

n addition to indicating the pedal's on/off status, the VFB-1 LED provides effective visual battery power monitoring. When the battery voltage drops below 7 volts the LED will become dimmer and begin to go out. The effect will still operate at this voltage, but to ensure optimum performance the battery should be replaced as soon as possible.
