Bass Boost Switch
Boosts the low-frequency range. This function achieves extra low end impact with humbucking and single-coil pickups.
It's more helpful with single-coil pickups to create tight bottom sound.
Distortion Sound with a Wide Dynamic Range
Internal circuitry doubles the 9-volt supply voltage to 18 volts, achieving wider dynamic range and more amp-like sound than conventional distortion effects.
S.C.T. Circuit (Single Contact True-Bypass)
In a normal True-Bypass circuit, in bypass mode the audio signal passes through two switch contacts. But in the HBL-3, in bypass mode the audio passes through a single contact, thanks to a single contact true-bypass circuit. The result is much higher sound quality and reliability than that provided by previously existing products. The S.C.T. Circuit now makes it possible to further reduce any change or deterioration in sound quality and gives the feeling that the footswitch circuit is removed entirely from your signal chain.
D.C.G. Circuit (Double Contact Grounding)
Due to the adoption of the new double-contact grounding circuit (D.C.G. Circuit), by inserting a monaural plug into the output jack, the shield (sleeve) of the plug provides two points of contact to the pedal's ground circuit. By increasing the area of the point of contact, it becomes more difficult for a loose connection to occur, and provides the additional advantage of improved sound quality.
Multi-function LED
In addition to indicating the pedal's on/off status, the HBL-4 LED provides effective visual battery power monitoring. When the battery voltage drops below 7 volts the LED will become dimmer and begin to go out. The effect will still operate at this voltage, but to ensure optimum performance the battery should be replaced as soon as possible.

In addition to indicating the pedal's on/off status, the ROD-1 LED provides effective visual battery power monitoring. When the battery voltage drops below 7 volts the LED will become dimmer and begin to go out. The effect will still operate at this voltage, but to ensure optimum performance the battery should be replaced as soon as possible.
STAMPEDE OD SOV-2

In standard "true bypass" circuits the instrument signal passes through two switch contacts when bypassed. The SOV-2 Single Contact True Bypass configuration ensures that the signal only passes through one switch contact when bypassed, for unmatched signal quality as well as reliability.
Multi-function LED
In addition to indicating the pedal's on/off status, the SOV-2 LED provides effective visual battery power monitoring. When the battery voltage drops below 7 volts the LED will become dimmer and begin to go out. The effect will still operate at this voltage, but to ensure optimum performance the battery should be replaced as soon as possible.
*In units with a serial number earlier than #2001, the battery will be drained rapidly so the use of an AC adaptor is recommended.
STAMPEDE DT SDT-3
Distortion
The result is hard-hitting distortion with a big low end that is similar to what you'd expect from a large amp stack driven hard. Gain and tone controls make it possible to dial in anything from a natural crunch to fuzzy, dirty distortion, providing a broad spectrum of tones that can add new dimensions to your music.
- ・Controls : GAIN, OUTPUT, TREBLE, BASS
- ・Connectors : 1/4-inch phone jack x 2 (INPUT and OUTPUT), DC 9V input jack (AC adaptor jack)
- ・Power Supply : 9V battery or AC adaptor
- ・Power Consumption : DC 9V, 20mA approx.
- ・Dimensions:115(D) × 73(W) × 50(H)mm
- ・Weight : 250 g approx. (Not including battery)
Detailed Information: STAMPEDE DT SDT-3
The STAMPEDE DT SDT-3 is equipped with the low-noise up-converter power supply circuit adopted in the STAMPEDE OD/SOV-2. By boosting the internal operating voltage from DC9V, it possesses a wide dynamic range unachievable with typical DC9V-driven distortion pedals. This reproduces a distortion sound with heavy bass reminiscent of driving a large stack amplifier. Furthermore, by adjusting the GAIN and tone controls, it can create a variety of distortion sounds, from natural crunch to dirty fuzz-like distortion.
2-Band Equalizer
Equipped with a 2-band equalizer for TREBLE and BASS. This EQ allows for tonal correction to match the character of the connected amplifier. Combined with the GAIN control, it produces powerful distortion and a rich sound character.
S.C.T. Circuit (Single Contact True-Bypass)
In a standard True-Bypass circuit, the audio signal passes through two switch circuits when bypassed. However, the STAMPEDE DT's circuit employs a Single Contact True-Bypass circuit, where the signal passes through only one switch circuit when bypassed. As a result, this improves product reliability and achieves even higher sound quality.
D.C.G. Circuit (Double Contact Grounding)
It employs the D.C.G. circuit (Double Contact Grounding Circuit), which connects the effector's ground to the shield side of the mono plug connected to the output jack at two points. Increasing the contact area makes contact failures less likely and is also advantageous in terms of sound quality.
LED Multi-function
The LED on the STAMPEDE DT not only indicates the effect's ON/OFF status but also monitors the battery voltage. When the battery voltage drops to approximately 7V or lower, the LED will start to turn off. While the effect will still output sound in this condition, we recommend replacing the battery to ensure the device operates at its full potential.
